In The Shifting Veil, I explore the continuous motion between what is concealed and what is revealed, allowing the figure to dissolve and re-emerge through a veil that seems to shift with every breath. The character, dressed in a kimono that flows like a living surface, embodies the idea of transition, where geometry meets instinctive gesture. The vibrant strokes unfolding behind the figure resemble traces of thoughts that never fully settle, while the white and grey pleats act as a subtle anchor within the movement. With The Shifting Veil, I search for the moment in which identity rewrites itself, a point where motion becomes memory and complexity transforms into a language of inner transformation.
