The artwork The Conversation is a poetic dialogue between past and present, marble and light. An archaic head stands atop an Ionic column, turned toward a neoclassical house where a bird balances on the roof, bringing the pulse of life. In The Conversation, antiquity speaks to the memory of everyday life in a language of color and symbol.
