“MELODIES” is a dialogue between past and present. In this series, I combine the vintage atmosphere of the 1950s–60s with elements of ancient Greek aesthetics, creating a visual landscape where memory meets imagination.
The figures and scenes feel familiar, like family photographs that have gently shaped our collective memory. At the same time, the mythological creatures and symbolic details express the timeless nature
of Greek identity, one that does not remain static but evolves. As an artist, I explore how the past speaks to the present, how our roots continue to breathe within our daily lives.
MELODIES becomes an act of nostalgia, yet also one of renewal — a glance backward that simultaneously moves forward.
